Terms and Conditions
Eligibility. You must meet certain financial qualifications
and attend a two hour sales presentation in order to participate
in this promotion. You must be at least 25 (twenty-five) years
of age to qualify for this offer. If you do not attend the
full presentation, the difference between the special package
price and the currently published nightly rate for the resort
at that time, plus premium cost and taxes, will be charged
to your credit card. Minimum financial qualifications: household
income of $45,000 USD (the combined income of unmarried persons
living together can be used to determine “household”
income), creditworthy and possess a major credit card. You
must present personal identification such as a driver's license
at time of sales presentation so that, in the event of purchase,
notary requirements can be met.
You may not participate in this promotion if you have an open,
incomplete package requiring attendance at a sales presentation,
or have participated in a sponsor promotion requiring attendance
at a sales presentation within the last twelve (12) months.
You may not participate in this promotion if you are a Tree
Tops or Fairway Villa owner. Employees of Fernwood Resort,
Tree Tops or Fairway Villas or their affiliates, are not eligible.
If married, engaged or living together, couples must attend
the sales presentation together; married persons may purchase
separately. Offer valid one per family only. No groups are
permitted.
Accommodations. Reservations are on a space-available basis.
Savings and available accommodations may vary by season.
Accommodations will be in a two-bedroom villa for up to
6 adults and children total at The Villas at Tree Tops and
Fairway. Broker: Sand Hill Creek Realty, Inc. Your unit
may contain either a wood burning or electric fireplace.
Standard value of accommodations up to $325.00 per night.
Upgrades and extra nights may be available at an additional
cost. Package includes accommodations only. All other charges,
taxes, expenses, and the cost of travel are your sole responsibility
and are not included in this special rate. Holiday or high
season reservations may incur an additional $49.00 fee,
plus tax. Written confirmation required to check in.
Reservations. Full pre-payment using a major credit card
is required. This is a non-refundable, non-transferable
advance purchase package. A $7.95 charge applies to each
reservation change made after the initial purchase. Any
change made within 72 hours prior to check in or no-show
to the reservation will incur an additional $50 fee. Package
expires six (6) months from date of purchase.
Purpose of Promotion. Promotions requiring attendance at
a sales presentation are for the purpose of introducing
the benefits of vacation ownership. Sponsor reserves the
right to change this offer prior to purchase without notice.
